I had never heard of this but was to the point I was willing to try it. So far my blood pressure has stayed down, my inflammation has improved, and my arthritis pain is easing even with the cold weather hitting hard. So far I am extremely impressed with this product and will be ordering more.

I’ll be honest. I’m very healthy overall and so is my dad. I bought one each for myself and my dad. I just wanted to see if Black Cumin Seed (the rumored “cure all” and helps with weight loss) would help heal/get rid of the scarring from the stretch marks I got from my pregnancy and also if it would help show any other positive extra benefits with weight loss or adding to my generally good health. For my dad I was hoping it would help with his spinal disk problem. My dad has told me that he noticed he has more energy from taking the Black Cumin Seed. Nothing else in observation yet. It’s been about a few months. He likely doesn’t take it every single day. I however took this supplement pretty consistently everyday 1 or 2 a day, once tried 3 a day. I haven’t noticed any change in my stretch marks healing/lightening/disappearing. That was a long shot anyway, but worth the try. In regards to noticing any extra health benefits, I noticed that I had healthier periods. However, I still struggle with weight loss even though I work out regularly and eat generally well balanced. I was taking Black Cumin Seed Oil before by a different brand and noticed nothing beneficial. I noticed more benefit from this brand in this grounded seed form than I did from the oil form from another brand.

I use this along with Lisinopril, hydrochlorothide, Celery Seed, and Cayanne pepper to bring my BP to 112/75 FINALLY.The standard meds where only getting it to 115 / 89, just not good enough, and I was maxing out the doseage. Black Cumin brought it down some more, but the Celery Seed/Cayanne got it the rest of the way. I may only need one or the other of the latter, I just started taking both. I would not go off of this if possible, because on naturals you may not get it back down again!
