Boxed well, sunglasses made VERY WELL. However, the sunglasses case that it comes in has very sharp metal edges (see last pic), I’ve found myself scratching my hand several times while rummaging around my purse. The second thing is that although these sunnies do look good, the metal arms on this apply a lot of pressure behind my ears and I can’t wear them for long or I start getting a headache. There is no way to adjust the metal arms or bend them. Again these are very well made but I can’t wear them because of the pressure that they cause.

These sunglasses are such amazing quality, they’re super sturdy and heavy. The lenses are incredibly clear too. They are stylish and have gotten me some compliments already! The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sense they are so sturdy they are a little tight on your head with no leeway. Though they stay on your head and face super well, after wearing them for a long period of time causes a slight headache. Otherwise these are a 5 out of 5, definitely recommend!

Previous to seeing them for the first time on Amazon, I’d never heard of this brand or designer. With accessories, I will proudly display a budget friendly version or environmentally – friendly / sustainable dupe, but one thing I’ve never cheapened out on has been sunglasses. I’ve been partial to a certain luxury brand of sunglasses for the past two decades or so, but after I saw these Saint Owen sunglasses they reminded me of the European high fashion pairs I could only dream of owning. I was in Italy a year and a half ago and these sunglasses reminded me of what the locals were wearing. So my first impression was the design was definitely on trend, but more than that it wasn’t a fly by night fashion trend that will be over before the weekend. Italian fashion trends, especially when it comes to sunglasses, are rooted in timeless luxury, and for me it was obvious the designer had this idea in mind with this specific pair.
These sunglasses might be priced on the higher end, but considering what you get they are worth the money, and after wearing them for a month, and comparing them to my usual brand, I would even say they’re a bargain!
These sunglasses are functional. They fit perfectly on my face and don’t slide off or fall off as previous pairs that aren’t of this brand have done. The lens shades the sun perfectly where it’s not too dark, but gives enough blockage which allows you to see everything perfectly when the sun is out completely.
These sunglasses are definitely well made. They are not just sturdy, but durable. I have dropped these sunglasses on the floor, and in my car a few times already, and there are no markings, scratches, or dents, basically no evidence of my clumsiness! 😉
I highly recommend these fashionably fantastic sunglasses by my new favorite brand Saint Owen. They are worth every cent!

Quality made with high end parts. Workes great for bright days, can see clearly. Stylish and lightweight. Case is a soft leather. Always get compliments when I wear them.

I love that these sunglasses are just a little too much–a little over the top, but not too gauche. They make a great signature piece…so much so, I wish the frames came in different colors! And performance wise, they fared really well, too. I wore them out on windy Cape Cod this summer and they served as great protection against the glare. I also like that they come with a soft case that’s much easier to stow in a small bag than a hard case. Would recommend these to anyone who wants great performance and looks.

Wow! These glasses are high-fashion quality. I love a good quality pair of shades (Ralph, Ray-Ban, Quay, Bolon, Costa, Maui Jim) and the Saint Owen Lucid frame is just as good, even better than a few of those. The frame around the lenses is 3D. The gold arms are metal. The lenses are not polarized but do offer great UV protection. Even the box the sunglasses come in is very nice and giftable. The shades were very well protected for the trip through the mail. There is an included soft-leather case with magnet closure as well. I do wish they had at least a thin plastic insert inside as I would not be comfortable just tossing the soft case in a backpack or similar. For the car though? Perfect. A little protection and easy to open/close. I wore them on a back-to-school shopping trip with my girls and found them comfortable for a full day. I also loved that hinges are stiff enough that I was able to slip the folded sunglasses into my shirt collar on occasion.
Size reference: I have a narrow, female face. I had to add spacers to each arm to keep The Saint Owen’s on my face, but that is not unusual for me (link to spacers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086R4C46P?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1). Once applied, the arms were firmed, and I was able to wear the glasses on top of my head. Because this is a common problem for me, I am not deducting star but wanted to mention for other shoppers with narrow faces.
I would not hesitate to order another pair of Saint Owen’s based off my experience with the Lucid sunglasses. Great quality, love the style, and protected my eyes from the high summer sun in Texas.
