In my opinion, this is the best G-Shock Square for Aussies, as it has the most features (including Tough Solar), but also lacks the Multi Band 6 feature — which we can’t use here anyway (Australia doesn’t have automatic time keeping radio towers, unfortunately).
+ Auto LED backlight (via tilt sensor).
+ Upgraded Module 3496 (old model had 3495, which had a few less features and a bad light).
+ Power saving mode (shuts off the screen while not in use — wakes with tilt sensor).
+ Multiple alarms.
+ Date swap feature (MM.DD to DD.MM, not available on the cheaper models).
+ World time feature.
+ Tough Solar — both indoor and outdoor light sources can charge the built in CTS1616F battery, which has a very long life lifespan).
+ 20BAR water resistant (200m / 660ft).
+ Mineral glass screen.
These are just a few of the features this watch has. Very impressive and tough watch. Great for everyone and anyone, whether you’re an office worker, a builder or an extreme outdoorsman.

I’ve had my Casio G-Shock G5600UE Tough Solar watch for almost two months now and it has quickly become the most reliable and rugged timepiece I own,its better than any smartwatch.
This is a quintessentially masculine watch – it’s built like a tank and looks the part with its burly aesthetics. I’m not exaggerating when I say it feels virtually indestructible on the wrist.
What really blows me away about this G-Shock is how much abuse it can take. I wear mine to the gym a few times a week and it has been smacked against weights and equipment more times than I can count, yet there’s not a scratch on it and its water resistant upto 200M! I never have to worry about getting caught in the rain or shower.
While it may not have the flashy apps and notifications of a smartwatch, the G5600UE has all the essential timekeeping features I need like a countdown timer, multi-function alarm, and 1/100th second stopwatch.And the best part is the TOUGH SOLAR, so no need to worry about charge,literally never have to think about it!
On heavy bench press sessions, I’ll even tighten the sturdy resin band to use the G-Shock as a wrist support – it works better than any dedicated wrist band!
Do yourself a favor and grab one of these modern classics instead of another fragile effeminate tech-laden smartwatch!

Excelente relógio, com muitas funcionalidades. Recarrega com energia solar ou fluorescente. O bip do alarme é até razoável. A luz do visor é de um tom azul bem bonito, e é possível escolher a opção de ligar a luz ao levantar o braço. Tem também o modo de economia de energia(o visor apaga quando o relógio detecta que está num ambiente escuro). Fiquei bem surpreso com a quantidade de recursos que o relógio oferece. Será para meu uso no dia a dia. A entrega foi bem rápida (2 dias). Mais que recomendado!
