This watch arrived in pristine and excellent condition. The watch was placed it’s in original box and came wrapped. I would recommend all my friends to order from Reeds jewelry company/amazon delivery.

Pretty watch. Not a bright a green as in the photos, but I don’t mind that. If you are worried about the color being overpowering, don’t. It is a little difficult to read in some light. The silver hands tend to disappear against the dial. One of the darker dial choices would solve that. It looks good with the strap, but the strap is very long—a good inch longer than most standard straps, but the second keeper keeps it in check. If your wrist is under 7”, the watch will be fine, but you may want to change to a shorter strap. I saw a review in which the reviewer switched the strap for the bracelet from one of his other Surveyors. It looked great on the bracelet. Sadly, it seems that Bulova do not sell the bracelet separately, so you would need to order the watch in a color that comes on the bracelet and switch them. That is a lot to pay for a bracelet, although I like the watch enough to buy it in a second color.

The moment I opened the box, it became my favorite watch. It looks very high-end, and has enough weight to it that you know you have a quality timepiece strapped to your wrist. The hands are easy to see, and the constant movement of the second hand is pretty cool. But what makes this watch standout is the automatic winding. When wearing it, every little movement you make winds the watch. For a watch of this caliber, I’d expect to pay more. Excellent value for the money! And in case you didn’t know, Bulova watches were born in NYC. An American watch company. Bello!! Fue un regalo a mi novio y le encantó !!

Es un reloj que ya había visto y seguido en otras tiendas pero por su alto precio no lo había adquirido, hasta que en Amazon Prime Day lo pusieron prácticamente a la mitad de lo que cuesta en una tienda departamental. El acabado es tipo espejo (cromado) tanto en la caja como la correa, así que seguramente habrá que cuidarlo para evitar los rayones. Se percibe con buena sensibilidad al movimiento (es un reloj automático), lo único que no me gustó es que la rosca para ajustar la hora no se atornilla, es decir, que a diferencia de otros relojes Bulova cuya rosca se atornilla hacia el interior del reloj para “sellar”, éste no lo hace, simplemente hay que jalar la rosca hacia afuera para cambiar la hora, lo cual podría hacerlo más susceptible de que se le meta agua o polvo. Por lo demás, se ve excelente. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

L’orologio è sicuramente consigliato, entry level ma di ottima qualità costruttiva sia cassa che bracciale, il calibro è basico ma affidabile e facilmente revisionabile e riparabile presso qualsiasi orologiaio. Il quadrante ha bellissimi riflessi, lo consiglio sia come acquisto personale che come regalo (come nel mio caso).Una mezione particolare al venditore con cui mi sono direttamente interfacciato per una piccola questione e si è dimostrato estremamente serio, affidabile e gentile. I tend to shop on a budget, don’t have a lot of extra cash for high-end stuff. Though the band was pretty big and I had to go to a watch shop/jeweler to get it sized properly for my small wrists. Doesn’t look too big on me. The quality appears pretty good, I haven’t really found anything that bothers me about it. It feels “solid” (I returned another Bulova dress watch because it felt so flimsy, as if it would break if I breathed on it). This watch looks great, with the blue face against the silver. The one “downside” is the readability of the day dial at the top of the watch face. A little hard to read, but meh, that’s a very minor point. One other minor negative is that there’s no luminescence for reading it in the dark. Again, meh, you can live with that. A watch you should consider at this price point.

Bulova is a beloved, old school American watch brand for a reason. And this watch does not disappoint. It’s utilitarian vintage style with a nice light ivory face and military time, makes this field watch a must own classic. The domed crystal really brings it up a notch; a quality that makes this watch classier than many other standard field style watches you see on the market. Fittings are brushed stainless with a polished finish which gives it a higher end industrial feel. The lum is good and bright and the time has been accurate to within a few seconds per day. An added touch of class, the sweep second hand sets this apart from the average Seiko or Timex of similar style. Some reviewers haven’t been a fan of the band, but I actually love it and feel it suits this watch perfectly. It’s soft leather in a nato style with fittings that match the case. Speaking of the case, it’s really the grail size at 38mm which makes it large enough to read, without being fashion watch trendy. It’s a field watch so expect it to be thicker than a dress watch. But it’s light weight and not clunky to wear. All in all, this will be on my wrist more often than some of the other more expensive watches in my rotation. It’s an absolute classic, simple, elegant and timeless. Seller was quick and shipped to my current remote location via FedEx. You can’t go wrong with the Bulova Hack as this is a really great watch for the money.UPDATEStill like the leather band although it is soft and has stretched a bit, which is to be expected. I’ll end up swapping it out for something a bit more sturdy.

The watch proportions are well done. This is a great value to get an automatic watch from a reputable brand at this price, and it’s pretty accurate. The watch is built well. This is a skeleton type watch, with a readable dial, unlike other skeleton watches at this price where the skeleton proportion is too big for legibility.

After only 2 years, my watch cannot be trusted to keep time. There are points during the day it freezes or loses time. It’s a beautiful watch, but it dosen’t function as one. I won’t be buying another Caravelle to replace it.
