Well GNC mega man has been consistently rated highly for a men’s multivitamin. It has pretty much everything in it that I want to take. It’s priced better then other trendy brands. So I said, whatever, let’s give it a try.
I’m only a couple days in, but I like the flushing feature for one. It’s showing you that it’s there, doing something. I have to say that I also feel a little better taking this over my pill pack before. If your like me and have made taking vitamins more complicated then it needs to be, just get this and move on with your life. It’s a vitamin with everything important for a man to be healthy and it’s researched.

I bought this for my husband after looking up what the best vitamins he should be taking for fertility. I had a long long list of what would be the best and shopped around and saw wed have to buy all these various bottles of a multiviatmin and other individual vitamins, hed be taking around 10 pills a day, it was crazy. He remembered this one and sure enough it had almost everything we were looking for in one for less than the cost of the other ‘fertility’ blend of male multivitamins. So now he just takes this, Extra Vit. E., Fish Oil and Coq10. After starting taking this multi vitamin he was amazed with how much energy he had and just a general feeling of ‘better’ so not only did it have all the fertility benefits I was looking for he very much enjoys the lack of headaches and general ‘good’ feeling the past few months hes been taking them.
The pills are pretty large and they smell HORRIBLE. But the benefits seem to be so good I havent heard him complain about either one since the first week he was taking them. All in all good product and he’d like to continue using them. From my perspective as the person who shopped around looking and all these different variations of multi vitamins this is by far the best of the ones I’ve looked into with a price that is actually lower.

Supplements don’t have the best quality control, and I don’t know what a lot of the ingredients are, which is why I started referring to labdoor. This is one of their higher rated multivitamins, and it’s relatively cheap compared to the other highly rated vitamins. You only have to take 2 capsules 1x a day, which is nice. Some of the competitors may be cheaper per serving, but require multiple servings. They taste pretty good, but you do get hit with a somewhat odd smell when you open the bottle. I can’t exactly describe it. I’ve had 2 bottles, and both were like this. Nothing seemed wrong with the packaging, and I didn’t get sick, so I’m assuming it’s something in the formula. It also causes my urine to be bright yellow like asparagus for a good part of the morning and afternoon. It loses a star for the smell and the yellow urine, but otherwise, it seems more effective than what I would normally get at the grocery store.

I have a steady 5-day 5 am workout. I take creatine in the morning with a light breakfast and a glass of orange juice. I take these vitamins during lunch and stay hydrated throughout the day with 64oz or more of water. I waited about 2 weeks to make a proper review of this product and have to say that I didn’t feel a difference in the first few days but by the end of the first week, I felt a difference in my muscle recovery, more energy in later parts of the day, and since it takes vitamin deficiencies a few weeks to adjust in your body, I started to notice a keener sense of thought throughout the day to keep me better focused. This is only my opinion but everyone’s body can react differently, so just keep notice of yours and if you maintain a steady workout and healthy diet I would highly recommend these. If you are taking vitamins just to take them, well, there are likely better products to fit your habits. And yes, the vitamin B-12 will cause your body to pee neon yellow but that is only a sign of good kidney function as it extracts the unnecessary amount out of your system according to my doctor it is a harmless effect. I would also like to note that Californias Prop 65 is the cause of the cancer warning on the label due to the plastic, taking these vitamins past their expiration or if the bottle is kept in poor conditions to taint the pills can cause you harm but I don’t see anything unsafe about these under proper conditions after doping my thorough research before taking.

I take these daily and they are the real deal. They are vitamin heavy, with over 100% of daily values (sometimes up to 3,333%!), so you always are getting enough of everything, regardless of where you start your day.Definitely don’t take them on an empty stomach though. It says “take with food” and that is NOT a suggestion. I figured I’d be okay taking the pills without eating one morning and it just hit my body way too hard and I ended up getting super nauseous.The price point is also awesome compared to other vitamins I’ve considered, breaking down to around 60 cents/day for the 180 pack. Not too bad for an easy way to stay healthy!
