Unfortunately, the diffuser oil bottle had leaked despite the bubble wrap. And when I tried to remove the plastic seal to the bottle, I had a lot of difficulty. I initially tried to remove it by hand but it was clear that that wouldn’t work. I then tried to use a butter knife to pry it out, and it was still intensely difficult. After struggling with it for a long time, the glass on the bottle ended up cracking, and I still wasn’t able to remove the plastic stopper. So I threw out the reeds since I wasn’t going to be able to use it as intended. I did try all of the different products in the set. I enjoyed using them, but I wouldn’t say that they felt like premium quality bath items. They were nice, but nothing particularly outstanding about the quality. Some of the bottles had scratches on them, which became noticeable after unwrapping the plastic covering.

On the whole, this does make a nice gift in terms of presentation. Once the pieces are individually opened, it feels like there is a lack in quality. So I probably wouldn’t repurchase this set. And I wouldn’t order it as a gift for anyone who is particular about the quality of their bath products. But it’s a fun and visually interesting gift.
