I can’t say enough wonderful things about this poncho. Let’s start with the fact that it arrived in one and a half days! It is very soft, I washed mine on delicate cycle first it seemed to be even softer after the wash. It is a true chocolate brown. It looks different on the male and the female model in the photo. It’s more like the color of the female model but not quite as dark. It is beautiful on the back or reverse side as well, ivory with the eagle heads in chocolate brown and the beautiful turquoise diamonds. Please see attached photos since there were none listed for this particular pattern. I absolutely love this. I can definitely tell I will be wearing it around the house a lot. It’s very warm. This is my first poncho so it may take a little bit of getting used to it since I found myself bumping things. It is very large on my 6 ft 190 frame. It hits me below the knees and covers most of my long arms. This is a big poncho! But that’s what I was looking for. I would say the quality is super fantastic, like so many people have mentioned the buttons are beautiful and I like the loops to fasten them with. The hood is nice as well. It definitely feels like a natural fiber and I am sort of a fabric snob when it comes to natural fibers. I know this has some other material in it but you cannot feel it. It laundered beautifully I didn’t even have to throw it in the dryer since all of the water slung out of it during the spin cycle somehow. Must have something to do with the weave which I was not expecting. I did lay it on the sofa with the ceiling fan on it overnight even though I don’t think I needed to. My room was a little dark when I took the photos. Anyway I definitely hope this helps this was my favorite pattern. I could tell that these may be addictive since there was another pattern I liked as well. Anyway I absolutely love this and it looks fairly masculine as well maybe because of the eagle patterns and the coloring. If you’ve got a cowboy hat or some boho hat or a rustic baseball cap would probably work as well. I definitely 💚💜💛 this poncho and we’ll get use out of it here in the cold Louisiana weather. Always so humid here, it will be easy to just grab. And my hoodie will still work under it, so even if I choose to wear it to stay even warmer and then take it off when I get some place I would still have my hoodie or jacket.

It came exactly how it looks and we also found out it is reversal! Very warm as well.
