Overall the creatine works fantastic, it mixes well but like all creatine it tends to not dissolve very well, that said it’s a much finer power than most so it’s less noticeable. The taste isn’t noticeable unless you’re taking more than 10g which nobody should be unless you’re in a loading phase. Has no smell and again unless you’re taking a lot it won’t make your stomach upset. I’ve been taking this creatine about 3 weeks now and I definitely see the results in everything. I look more muscular my gym sessions feel much better and my Bench even went up 5lb. Over all a fantastic product and will be buying again.

I love it so far and will def order again. It’s very “fluffy” in consistency, almost powdery rather than a grainy feel. I’m a sucker for packaging and honestly it looks amazing. I realize that that really isn’t that important, but isn’t it? 🙂 I had a little difficulty getting it open and had to be careful so it didn’t go flying everywhere, but no big deal. No upset stomach or anything. I take it every single day. Creatine is the most underrated supplement. Period.

Creatine monohydrate doesn’t change much between companies. Some are finer so they dissolve more easily and some are have flavors added to them. Each serving is 5g, so it’s all the same at the end of the day. I usually put a scoop of this into protein powder so I don’t notice the creatine too much, but if you’re having it as a standalone with water the consistency might matter more. It also comes in capsule format, which usually involves 5 pills.
Podium is a respectable brand so you can’t go wrong with this creatine. Get the brand you support the most and whichever has the best price point.

I have been using Podium products for a while now, the whey and the hydro salts and all have been fairly good, but I LOVE this creatine product of theirs. It mixes SUPER well and does not clump at all. Does not affect the taste of your drink at all. I put it in my AG1 every morning!
