I was searching for some new work shoes. I’m often on my feet, in my current job, so I was looking for a pair of shoes that would go well for them. I end up tearing and shredding shoes through all of the travel to the centre of my job, and sometimes while I’m there. I really adore these. They are my absolute new top-favourite work shoes. I was a little concerned, because these were originally purchased from overseas. And so, the sizing on the product (both online and in-person) had me a little confused. It originally said 7.5 UK Size, but actually came out as 8.5 UK Size, according to what I saw on the box (which could be because of them being a different size due to overseas purchasing). That being said, they are absolutely amazing. One thing I did have to do for the job’s sake is swap out the colour of the laces, from dark tan to black (just because my work uniform is very specific). Something else I was somewhat worried about was the grip of the soles. But after a couple of days I took it with endurance, and an open mind. And I really appreciate how they feel. I would like to test the water-resistance on these. As, from one night recently, I noticed they were getting a little cold from raindrops as they hit the top of the shoes. So I hope to test that out over the next few days. But, otherwise, I am really appreciating these. These are absolutely bliss. I religiously buy Steve Madden work shoes. Classic styling, good value, comfort. Wish I could say the same about this particular model. I work in sales and am in kitchens majority of time, the soles wore out within roughly a month. They became completely flat with no tread left/ started cracking on sole. The laces also failed and had to be replaced after a few wears. Don’t waste your time / money. Stick with the madden Nunan, I’ve had at least a dozen pairs of those and the last
