They have a slight smell to them when you first open, but that is not uncommon for things with the fatty acids in them and it doesn’t bother me at all. They have no taste and go down very easily. I had the gummy or chewable kind so this is the next best option. These are much easier on my stomach than some other multi vitamins I’ve tried. I don’t do many reviews, but as a woman who struggles with PCOS, these are amazing. I’ve been using them for about 6 months. It contains inositol and omegas in it too which is amazing for hormonal regulation, inflammation, and blood sugar regulation. There’s also no aftertaste, which is a plus for someone who doesn’t like fish (omegas). Def recommend to anyone struggling with any of the above.
