I ordered these because I take Vitamin D3, and many of the health gurus I follow says you should accompany Vitamin D supplements with Vitamin KD … I’m not sure why. Perhaps it assists with absorbability? I don’t know. I do know that these are easy to take, so I’ll keep doing so.
