These boots were a little tight out of the box, but after a day or two of break in now they fit well. They are true to size and feel good and you can get a good shine on them, i use these for work as a casino security officer and they do their job well only thing is THEY ARE NOT SLIP RESISITANT BY ANYMEANS! If you step in a puddle in the bathrooms, or god forbid go into the kitchen area they slip and slide like crazy. Other then that they are good boots and worth the buy so long as you can keep your footing in slippery areas

I’ll preface this review by saying my feet are messed up. I’ve broken multiple bones including both heals. along with tendon and ligament damage. I’m in constant pain. These boots are the most comfortable ones I’ve found. I’ve had four pairs, in both black and Coyote tan, waterproof and non-waterproof versions. This review is specific to the black, non-waterproof version. These are my daily drivers, usually worn 6 days per week. I got 2.5 years out of my last pair. They break in easily. Key to their comfort are the insoles. I wish I could find the insoles individually, because they are REALLY nice and plush, but they don’t break down much at all over time. I’d put these insoles in every pair of shoes I own if I could find them. One thing to note is the sizing is wonky. I usually wear a size 11, but I have to go up a full size to a 12 in these boots. They do run a full size small.
