Got this brand after doing much research on Vitamin B-12. Doesn’t have a lot of the additives that some supplements have and aren’t gel caps but chewable. Taste is good.

Produto entregue com data de validade de somente 2 meses, com vencimento para 02.2026. A utilização integral do produto ficou impossível visto que são 100 capsulas de uso unitário por dia. Então não vai ser possível dentro do prazo de validade tomar todas as doses. Não indico.

You really never know what you’re getting in any vitamin, really. But I’ve been using this brand now for at least 5 years and I know these work bc I get my B12 checked every so many months and it’s sometimes been higher than it should and I have to cut back and take one of these every other day. So they work! I like that they’re chewable and I love the tropical flavored ones.

I have been taking this for a long time and I like it very much, but the new packaging also shows one new added ingredient that did not used to be there. They have added dextrose. It’s simply not needed in a supplement and I don’t know why they added that to the ingredients.
