I truly enjoy the scent of this Murumuru Butter lotion from Brazil. The pump works smoothly, and the lotion goes on easily and is rapidly absorbed. It makes my skin feel soft and extremely well hydrated. Since the product is from Brazil, the primary language on the label is Portuguese. There is a second section on the label that is in English, however. The ingredients are broken down into their chemical components, and 98% of these are purely natural. For those who think that something is “bad” or “unnatural” just because of not recognizing the chemical names of the ingredients, I recommend looking up the chemical composition of something basic like a tomato, which is made up of quercetin, kaempferol, naringenin, lutein, caffeic, ferulic and chlorogenic acids, lycopene, β-carotenoids, β-sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol, to name just some of the natural chemicals in a tomato. I dare say most of you don’t recognize the majority of those ingredients, either. This is a good, safe lotion that moisturizes well.

Smells good and leaves my skin soft and moisturized. It doesn’t irritate my skin or break me out and is thick and lightly scented with a vanilla/flower scent. I apply it after my shower and in the morning my skin is super soft. My only complaint is that the pump nozzle was broken and it’s too thick to pour so I have to unscrew the lid and use the inner part of the pump to get it out.

I received the bottle of lotion today 10/2/2023. The bottle is opened. Some of it was spilled out on the bag. I will tape it up , the best I can. I am returning it.

I ordered body cream nut oil. Knowing the ingredients, I can smell the lemongrass and it smells like a touch of gingerbread…which doesn’t sound so bad, but in reality, it’s kind of an old lady but weirder smell. Also, the lotion is thin. It does seem to moisturize fine, but I have to pass on the smell. It has a twist lock pump, but the bottle wasn’t sealed. Finally, it’s too expensive at $29.90.

I’m so glad I chose this Horiginee Brazil nut body oil! If they made a perfume that smelled exactly like this body oil, I would wear it everyday. Seriously, it smells that good!! I am in love.

I like that this oil is vegan and contains all natural ingredients. The consistency is very thin, and the opening isn’t very small, so be careful when dispensing. A little bit does go quite a long way.

The directions say to apply as the last step in the shower, then rinse off. I tried it with and without rinsing, and I prefer not rinsing it off. I didn’t really feel the need to. It also states that this is a body oil only, not for face.

It moisturized the dry skin on my legs and arms really well. The oil dries down pretty quickly, soaking into your skin. It did not leave my skin feeling greasy after drying.

I do wish the scent lasted longer since I find it so pleasant. It lasted maybe ~20 minutes on me. Additionally, (this is a small complaint) due to the color of the oil, it can difficult to read the directions and ingredients list printed on the label.

I’ll definitely continue to use this body oil!

Meu pé estava bastante ressecado e nas duas primeiras passadas, já deu maciez e hidratou super! Não é aquele creme que fica grudendo, você passa e ele age super natural. Super indico!!

O creme é bom, mas poderia hidratar mais. Quando passo na pele temos a sensação de hidratação, mas depois não sinto a pele hidratada.
