It definitely works, you may have to use more depending on how many coats you do and if you do glitter you may also need to reapply. That being said, I was only able to use three times before it dried out completely. Make sure you use the liquid latex to avoid any burns (not too bad, just a little sting). I also liked that it came with alcohol pads which have been very good to use. If it had lasted longer it’d be a 5/5.

The secret to this is: 1) shake vigorously before using; 2) apply liberally and wait 5-10 min); 3) scrape with the knife end of the tool; 4) reapply and repeat until all layers come off; 5) lightly file off remaining residue. Takes a bit but no damage to nails!

I was very skeptical of this product when I ordered it as I know how hard it is to remove gel polish but I was absolutely amazed. You do just what it says, rough up the top layer of the gel polish, brush on a thin layer of the latex around your cuticles and then polish on the gellen and immediately you can feel it tightening on your nail. 5 minutes later the polish was all cracked up and soft and I just used the cuticle pusher and it came right off. Best product ever!!

The latex works well and dries quick. The remover does make it easier but isn’t as effective as I would like. The package arrived with some damage but the product was intact. I don’t know if I’d buy this again but it’s somewhat helpful for now.
