Works well! I had to add a couple layers depending on the layers of polish I had on. It stings if you get it on your skin so be careful while applying. Does not sting on the nail itself. The polish came off pretty easy when using the scraper tool, I didn’t have to apply much pressure. The first coat removed my clear top coat, the second layer got through the gel color and rhinestones, the third nail remove most of it. I waited 5 minutes between layers and scraping.

The kit works well and does what it promises. The quality of the products and tools is good, and the packaging is complete and organized. I did notice that you need to apply quite a bit of product to fully remove the nail polish, but with some patience it works effectively.

I was so amazed! I was one of those people that was VERY skeptical about purchasing and trying this product, but I’m glad I did. This product worked exactly as the description said it would. The gel bubbled up and scraped right off no more than 3 mins after application. The gel can be a little stiff as was mentioned by some of the other users but regardless it works. I tried applying it as is (thicker) and after letting it sit in a barely warm bowl of water and it still worked the same. Definitely will buy again when time to! I have no complaints!

The product does remove the gel polish reasonably well. I tried it first by removing most of the polish, just the top layer, and putting it straight on. Removing most of the polish doesn’t make it work faster. I saw no difference between the second two…I would recommend setting a timer for five minutes, removing the majority of polish and then putting a second coast. Also recommend putting the latex on the unpolished grow out to protect it.

This WILL cause damage to your nails…it IS a chemical and the top portion of your nail was previously scratched off to so the polish adheres better and now you are scraping off the polish. And even after two applications, there was still some residue nail polish that I needed to buff off. I then washed my hands and applied the cuticle oil to the cuticles AND my nail. As such, I do NOT recommend regular use. I only got this because I only get gel polish during the summer and the salon still charges me the same amount to remove it.

It was ok, only good thing is it didn’t have a strong smell like acetone. But I wouldn’t get this again. It does what it says but takes about two coats and some good scraping and filing not worth it honestly. 100% acetone works better and is cheaper, just use a tiny piece of paper towel just the size of your nail and soak it then wrap in aluminum foil, works way better

I did finally get the gel nail polish off. Has the directions been printed in a larger font I would’ve seen the TIPS list. My head said leave gel on 3 to 5 minutes so I’ll leave it on five minutes. In reality leave it on three. It’s easier to move and more liquid before it gets to the four or five. Also, the tools are great that they sent they help except for your non-nominated hand, which is kind of . You don’t realize how much those nail tech actually do until you try to do this. A better file a stronger more course file would’ve been appreciated

I don’t know if my salon has super gel or what but nothing happened on the first coat a little bit on the second coat but it’s a lot of work and if you have arthritis in your hands like I do, just go to the salon and get a regular manicure.

I was excited to try this because the reviews were positive, so my expectations were set high. First off, just by looking at the appearance after opening the package, I was surprised to find that the nail polish remover’s consistency is thick, not runny. I applied the latex tape before applying the remover. I was skeptical about the first coat because not much came off. I applied another coat of the remover and was amazed at how I was able to scratch off the top layer of polish. I used the nail filer to buff the top layer of gel polish away. I applied a third later and was amazed to see that the soft gel nail extensions started to lift. Again, I used the nail scrapper and filer and removed another layer. I used a total of 4 coats of gel remover to get rid of all gel polish and gel extensions. I finished using the 99% acetone pads and cuticle oil that are included with the package. I don’t think I needed to buy the latex tape but it’s good to have on hand. 10/10. Must buy!

I hope people read the review and not just watch the video. Initially, I was worried because it seemed like it was gonna be too tough to scrape off so a couple things to take
1. When you’re buffing off the top layer when you think you’re done buff a little bit more I think that makes a huge difference in how quickly the substance soaks in to remove the gel polish.
2. Be prepared to have to go through the whole process maybe twice I actually did it three times on two of my nails because there were still some left and as you’re scraping, it tends to hit and remove some of the tape around the nail on your skin so you just kind of start over
3. If you have a friend that can help you do your dominant hand because it’s really hard to scrape with your non-dominant hand that would probably be ideal.

Start to finish it took me about an hour to get both hands done and then buff them after your nails are gonna obviously be a little bit damaged. That’s just from the way they file them down before they put the gel on but a quick clear coat after buffing Should make them presentable.

Overall, happy with the purchase. It got them off without me having to make an appointment and go in and have them talk me out of getting them removed.
