Worst product ever purchased from Amazon. First of all, it came to me in a broken condition and considering it to be a minor glitch and when I have started using it, it has worse problems. It causes constipation and acidity. Total waste of money

Vanilla and gourmet chocolate are good though
Other than that, the mixability, result are great
Also, i have never had any GI issues with iso or elite
