Sean –
So comfortable. Lightweight. They run a little big so downsize. I’m 5-6/150 and they’re a smidgeon long. The pockets are deep. I’m stoked to wear them in th Caribbean.
Bowling Violet –
Not really a loose fit, extra long. Would be better if they were sold by length as well. My husband found that they did not work as described. They are light weight but as stated not at all a loose fit.

These pants are very light, the sort of thing you might wear to an outdoor party in, say, the Bahamas—if you’re not already wearing shorts. The linen is very thin, and while it’s cool and comfortable enough, you’ll need to be careful not to wear dark underwear.
The fit is an issue. The trouble with block sizing by S-M-L-XL is that it’s not great for pants. Unless you look like a model, these may not fit you well. I speak from experience.
Other than that these pants are attractive, a bit formal for today but not out of place in a business-casual festivity. If they fit me a little better I would definitely wear them.

Got these for my husband who is really picky about his clothes, and he likes them! He’s been wanting more linen, so I grabbed these–but they’re only 15% linen, which feels a little misleading given how they’re marketed. Points docked for that.
That said, the fabric blend isn’t bad (lyocell, rayon, etc.), and they still feel light and breathable. Fit is true to size; he usually needs a long and these don’t come in long, but they’re not too short on him. They have more of a dressy, slightly flowy/palazzo vibe than a structured pant. We went with black since he already has lighter ones, and these will be good for summer date nights.
Bowling Violet –
Ordered the size 36 (L), as that’s the same size as another of pants that fits me well. Seems like that was the right call. While it It might be a hair snug, the 38 would likely have been too wide.
These are advertised as linen. According to the product page, the fabric is 15% linen. It is largely synthetic, but it does have a linen-like look and feel.
These run long and land low on the ankles. See pictures. They are also pretty wide at the ankle, sort of puddling at the feet. The fit is definitely loose and casual.
The pockets are deep and capacious. My wife pointed out that putting large things in the pockets causes the pants to bulge at the sides and look off. I put my big wallet in the back pocket while walking around to avoid this.
Overall these are nice pants for warm weather and casual occasions. Wear em to the beach!
