I love denim. What can I say, I’m a child of the 80’s.

This denim jacket is really nice for the price. It’s not super thin, as I was expecting, but rather decently thick. It’s not the warmest jacket out there, but that’s not usually the point of a denim jacket. The fit is ‘size accurate’ in my opinion. The jacket is short, like most denim jackets, but it fits well around my belly and it has a tad bit of stretch to it.

The embroidery is nicely done–nothing outlandishly nice or egregiously wrong. That said, I would have preferred the jacket without any of the extra stitchwork. This is just my own personal preference and doesn’t say anything to the jacket’s overall likeability.

I’m really surprised that you can get a decent denim jacket for $25-ish these days. If you’re in the market for an inexpensive denim jacket, this one might be very fitting for you!

This is an excellent and very well-made jacket that is both functional and fashionable. It’s very well-made and it’s a great value for the price. The fabric is breathable yet thick, with durable stitching and reinforced seams at all the regular stress points you’d expect on a jacket, and all of the details are firmly stitched through the layers of fabric. It has plenty of pockets as well – none are decorative – so there’s room for a phone and anything else you might want to carry, and the pockets themselves are well-made as well. With the metal buttons that can close up the front of the jacket, with reinforced button holes, you can keep yourself fashionable no matter how you wear the jacket.

It’s also accurately sized, make sure you look at the sizing chart so you can order the correct size.

It isn’t going to keep you warm if you need a full on coat, and I’d actually recommend this for when it feels just a bit chilly. If it’s snowing, odds are you will need another layer on top of this, at the very least. Additionally, despite the 1% spandex, this jacket really isn’t stretchy at all in any dimension – so you’d better make sure you buy the right size because it won’t stretch to fit.

This jacket can, according to the care instructions, be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle, but it cannot dry-cleaned. You can iron it on a delicate setting, and you can put it in a drier but only on low/delicate heat. Obviously, no bleach can be used on the jacket, but that should go without saying for denim.

The full material of this jacket is, as listed in the tag: 64% cotton, 29% polyester, 6% rayon, and 1% spandex.

I’m going to keep wearing this jacket when I go out in the right weather, and I’ll update this review if I have any issues with it down the line.
