Perfect fit for my son. A little long but to be expected given his height. Looked as pictured, great material and well made.

I bought these dress pants for my 6-year-old son who was a ring bearer for a wedding. A great style of dress pants that are kid-approved for comfort! He has a small waist but long legs and these fit great all around.

I bought these pants for my boys’ Irish step dancing competitions. I picked these because they’re straight leg (not too wide, so the judges can see their form), have a flat front, are slim fit (for my thin boys), and have stretch to them (so they can move comfortably in them). They look and feel good, especially when they dance. They’re perfect… almost. Contrary to most of the other reviews, I feel as though these pants are true to size in length and through the hips/seat, but generous in the waist for a slim fit pant. My boys (13 and 11) are both thin, but not super tall. They’re close in height and weight, and they both usually wear size 14 pants, either slim or regular, depending on the brand. And the 14s in these pants fit them both well… except for the waist. (They can both hook the inside hook into the outside eye; that’s how loose they are on them. These don’t have adjustable waists and they can’t wear belts for the competitions, so I’ll have to cross my fingers that they don’t end up around their ankles while they’re dancing! (I’ll find a way to take them in somehow.) Based on the suggestions of other reviewers, I ordered both 14s and 16s because so many wrote that buyers should purchase a size up and/or husky fit. I’ll be saving the 16s for next year’s competition season because, with the exception of the generous fitting waist, they are otherwise perfect for their Irish step dancing needs.

My kid needed these for his school’s band concert. These are very stylish, not just casual “brunch/preppy” material. These are true dress pants. Highly recommend!

It does run rather large on the waist. My kid just turned 11, is 49″ tall, and about 85 lbs for reference. We bought a size 12 and they worked great with a belt and using the 1st hook on the 2nd clasp to make the waist work (we were on a time constraint). He’ll for sure be able to use these next school year for his concerts.

We needed black suit pants for a performance so was looking for nice appearance and cost effective. True to size (size 6 for my average height/weight almost 6 year old). No elastic pull size adjusters but does have stretch waist. Decent quality and nice cut.

Love them. Fit nicely and the material is comfortable! Actually purchased in other colors since they fit so nicely.

Love these little pants! They fit amazing and look so great on. They are a nice material so they are very comfortable and have a wider waistband for more comfort. Very highly recommend!
