It all started with a vision: To bring stylish and functional products with an essence of India, to the world.
All large things start with some small situations. In our case, it happened when Disha visited the famous white desert of Kutch in Gujarat. Kutch is also known for local handicraft products. Her IIMA batchmates clicked pics for Instagram but didn't buy anything. They said these products didn't fit the modern sensibilities.
Thus, the idea of Zouk was born. We realized a gap for stylish and functional modern products with an essence of India. For the world.
And like every journey, we started with bags.
We have truly come to believe that if you create something from your core, something undiluted, something inspiring, it is bound to find the right audience.
