I recently bought this SANGTREE trucker jacket for my son, and it has quickly become his absolute favorite. He’s picky about what he wears—it has to look “cool”—but I’m more concerned with whether it’ll actually hold up and keep him comfortable. Luckily, this jacket checked both boxes.
The Look & Fit:
He loves the classic trucker style. It has that rugged, effortless look that goes with everything from his school outfits to just hanging out with friends on the weekend. I was a bit worried about the sizing, but it fits him perfectly—not too baggy, but with enough room that he doesn’t feel restricted. It looks sharp and much more expensive than it actually was.
Material & Durability:
What I appreciate most is the cotton material. It’s lightweight enough for him to wear throughout the day without overheating, but sturdy enough to handle typical “teenager” wear and tear. It’s surprisingly soft, too; he didn’t even complain about it being stiff when he first put it on.
Practicality:
As a parent, I love that it’s easy to care for. I’ve already tossed it in the wash after a particularly messy weekend, and it came out looking brand new, with no shrinking or loose threads. The pockets are a nice touch for his phone and keys, though they are a little snug.
Verdict:
If you’re looking for a versatile, stylish gift for your son that he’ll actually want to wear, this is it. It’s a solid, reliable piece of clothing that looks great and stands up to daily use. Definitely a win in our house!

Just as the title describes. it’s a lightweight jacket, so if you are going outside in 50 degree weather or its windy I recommend putting a hoodie underneath. It has a look of a jean jacket. The arm length is just right and is comfortable. I ordered a 3x but wear XL and XXL t shirts. I recommend ordering up by one size so you can move freely, lift your hands above your head, and add a hoodie underneath. overall its good quality and I could buy it if I saw it in a store passing by.

This is actually a really nice jacket. I chose the solid black (including the buttons), and it a nice hue of black. The color matches my black denim pants, so that’s nice.
It really isn’t to dissimilar from other denim jackets, but this one is a step up from the standard denim jacket. It’s not gonna be the warmest jacket, but it just great for early spring or late autumn days.
The tag says it’s 100% Cotton and it feels like it…it’s a bit course straight out of the bag, but as cotton is wont to do, it should get softer over time.
The jacket has six pockets…two upper pockets (with button down flaps), two pockets for your hands, and two inner pockets.
I ordered a 2XL (because I’ve been referred to as a “Big-ole-boy”), and it fits well…it’s a little large, but i like it that way because I can wear a hoodie under it if I need to do so. Sleeve length is good, and the open cuff is not too big, and when buttoned, it isn’t too tight–it slides over my watch just fine.
Price is right in the middle of where other jackets of this type are listed, so it’s as much as a value for money as any of the others, perhaps moreso since it’s a tad bit dressier than other jackets.

I saw another reviewer mention that this runs small and suggested ordering a size up. I definitely disagree. I ordered a size up based on that advice, and it arrived way too large—it looked like I was swimming in it. I would highly recommend sticking to your normal size or carefully checking the size guide provided by the brand.
The only reason I didn’t return it was because the jacket is 100% cotton. Because it’s a natural fiber, we were actually able to shrink it down to the correct size by washing it in hot water and drying it on high heat. It took a little effort, but it shrank perfectly to the fit I was originally looking for.
The cotton is great quality—it feels substantial but is still lightweight enough for spring or fall layering. It has that classic denim trucker aesthetic that goes with everything. It’s a great casual piece for everyday wear.
Even after the “heavy duty” wash and dry to shrink it, the stitching and fabric held up perfectly.
This is a great versatile jacket for the price. Just trust the size guide and your usual fit, and you won’t have to spend your afternoon trying to shrink it like I did!
